A fantastic quality and color turquoise looks great with the high karat gold! Rich 18k gold and turquoise are so fine together. This design comes in several different gemstones and metals. The necklace is handmade with a heavy layer of 18k gold over sterling silver. All of Lisa Scala’s jewelry is signed and marked with the metal it is made with.
